About my Equipment
As a sports-action and outdoor photographer I am working mostly in high altitudes and freezing conditions. For that I need equipment which I can always rely on to work, even under the harshest conditions. I don't want to worry about dying batteries or my gear to get wet.
When I go on long splitboarding tours or climbing missions, I already have a lot of gear with me.
In order to keep up with the professional athletes infront of the lense, I need my camera gear to be as light as possible, but not compromising on quality. So weight matters as well on some occasions.
The first camera I picked up was a Nikon D40 with a kit lense. My Equipment changed heavily since then. As soon as I got my first photography jobs, I invested my money in a full frame setup. Through the past four years, since I work as a photographer I used and owned plenty of camera bodies and nikkor lenses. This is what I m currently trusting and using.
